I have a problem verifying my store

I've submitted a verification request three times, and all of them were rejected for the same reason: it says the IBAN number is wrong. I'm sure about the IBAN and everything else. I update the request, double-check the details, resubmit it, and it gets rejected again. I don't know what's wrong or what I can do to fix this. Can you help me?
