Hi everyone, good evening. Why isn’t there a product dimensions option when adding a product, to avoid shipping companies charging extra by using volumetric weight instead of the actual weight of the shipment? I’m one of the merchants affected by shipping companies charging extra, especially for international shipping, where the extra charges aren’t small and cause losses, since the extra amount is more than the shipment’s profit.
