Hi everyone, I have a problem. I was on a free plan, and a few days later SAR 299 was charged. I went to the store quickly and found the free plan still active. I got worried and canceled the subscription. I want to know where the money they charged went. I couldn’t find it: under subscriptions I found my Basic plan, which is the lowest, and my previous subscriptions are all canceled. I checked payments and found nothing, and the transaction log shows nothing either.
